So I called them on Monday 05 AUGUST at 09:12 no response. And called again at 14:25 and the lady finally answered and her name was Rebecca and explain everything to her. Gave her my tracking number and description what my parcel was and she said she will find out what is going on and the parcel is on their sistem. So she send me a mail regarding my return parcel. After that she have not return any of my mails again or answering the phone. I also asked to speak to the manager and no response. I have WhatsApp them as well.

Buffalo International courier service is a ***** company what so ever.!!!!!
