This nonsense of using bot for auto reply is pathetic because is giving us false hope,no agent will contact you that's all lies. I posted my review few weeks ago about poo service from Buffalo logistics. To date I haven't received my order, still no feedback same old lies...escalation bull****......you'll waste your airtime.. this company is full of bull****. I want my order BUFZA***YQ .....I had enough with all bull**** ....if my order is ****** by your ************* staff....refund me my money please.
