By far the worst courier company in South Africa!!!!

How can international companies use a company that is so extremely unprofessional! I paid the import taxes for my package immediately once I received an sms from Buffelo with a payment link. The money when out of my account and payment has gone through. It has now been 3 weeks later, I still have not received the package as they refuse to send it as they claim the import tax payment "has not been paid", I have sent them the proof of payment on every platform possible on various occasions. But still they say they will return my package as income tax payment has not been made. I contacted them as I urgently need my package, they staff's response to me is I must wait for their system to update and they cant do anything... PATHETIC!!!
