BUFZA***YQ, order shows delivered but I never received it

I have placed an order with Shein in April ,paid customs and it was cleared on the 24/04/2024 it was then out for delivery on the 1st May and it but no one contacted me later on that day I was informed that my parcel has been returned. Now I enquire about it im told that it has been returned to ITT . I’m tired of calling buffalo and ITT can I get my parcel asap. Because now it shows that it has been delivered but I never received it .
