BUFZA***YQ DELIVERY NOT RECEIVED TILL THIS DAY

i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the company Buffalo Logistics i have been expecting my shipment from Shein with Tracking no BUFZA***YQ the parcel have been left in their westbay for good one week with no movement while on my end have been receiving messages that delivery attempt have failed and i need to pay an additional fee of R56 i have called the call centre a thousand times but well their call centre keeps on saying it has been escalated with no feedback on my end i have resulted in calling fast way which is the third party that they used again i was never assisted they keep on sending me from pillar to post i have never seen such pathetic customer experience that this company is giving its customers. I have dealt with companies such as Aramex they offer world-class service unlike this buffalo logistics i HAVE BEEN CHASING AFTER BUFFALO LOGISTICS I DONT KNOW FOR HOW LONG THEY ARE QUICK IN SENDING SMS TO INFORM YOU THAT DELIVERY FAILED WHILE THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT OF DELIVERY BEING MADE. I HAVE A REFUND THAT IS DUE TO ME FROM THEM NO ONE HAS GIVEN E FEEDBACK WITH REGARDS TO IT EVEN THE SO CALLED PALESA THAT I WAS ADVISED TO SEND THE EMAIL TO NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF MY EMAIL. TODAY I SPOKE WITH SUPERVISER BY THE NAME OF DIKELEDI WHO STILL COULD NOT ASSIST ME BUT TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE ESCALATING MY ISSUE I BELIEVE IT WOULD WIN AN ESCALATION AWARD HONESTLY THEIR SERVICE IS VERY HORRIBLE I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY TO WE HAVE SUCH PEOPLE CLAIMING TO BE SERVICING CUSTOMERS.
