BUFZA7YC12888PNYQ- Not Delivered

I have been waiting for my order since last week. The delivery guy called on Friday 11/04/2025 to get specific directions and said he will call me again when he is near but he never called until I called him back around 4:30pm to ask if the was coming and said he will be able to deliver the next day. Yesterday I was expecting my order the driver wrote that I did not answer my phone on my tracking information and no one called me. I just want to know when will I get my order. This is long overdue now
