I am very disappointed with the service I received. My order was supposed to be delivered on Monday, but the driver returned it because they couldn’t reach me — which I later realised was due to an incorrect phone number. Since Monday, I have been calling to fix the issue and request redelivery, but I keep being told that the order must first be scanned back to the warehouse.

The process is extremely slow, and no one gives clear updates. I urgently need the clothes for my sister’s traditional wedding this weekend, and the delay has caused me a lot of stress and frustration. This kind of service is unacceptable.

I hope the company improves their communication and turnaround time for customers.
