It is so disappointing to find out that I cannot change my number after the order has been placed , as it was not my intention to get my phone ****** , now I have to wait for the driver to attempt to deliver parcel 3x before I can be allowed to change my number. I have been calling from the 6th Feb and the 7th Feb to try and explain that my phone was ****** over the previous weekend and the number put on the delivery is no longer working , worse when the driver attempted to make delivery he went to God knows where , when i enquired i am told about a cream white house at the the corner , my House is not even Cream White nor at the Corner. I enquired about this and still I am told that I must wait for the driver to go there 3x . WHY???? because clearly he's going to the wrong place still i cannot change that , useless. Does this mean i will never get my Parcel
