My parcel was not delivered to me, they made me to deal with the courier company, The courier company refers me back to Buffalo International logistics. And they keep on telling me, the matter has been escalated to the supervisor and no response.

This has been going on for months now, I was supposed to receive my parcel 2 June 2025.
