Horrible service I received an email stating that the delivery of my order (BUFZA6WM32077C2YQ) has failed. However, the delivery personnel never called, and I was at home the entire day yesterday. There was no delivery attempt. When I track my order, it says the parcel is being returned, but it also mentions that another delivery will be made within 48 hours.
