Can someone urgently please assist with the below , I keep getting emails that my customs are due and not paid , can your finance department kindly speed up the process of allocating my proof of payment to my order..

I have been following up on a daily basis and I just keep getting told that the matter is escalated etc , yet my customs are still no paid , may this be treated with great urgency. I spoke to KAMO -THANDO - MPHO and LOUISA and all of them said they are escalating this to finance and to date its not done , what more is a person suppose to do to get their order ? Can someone kindly advise what is happening does it take 5 days for your finance to allocate a proof of payment to an order ?
