Buffulo International Logistics has Poor Customer Service .

I ordered a parcel from Shein , I recieved an email that i should pay customs i did that the same day i received the email. My delivery was suppose to be delivered two days later , i called in to give them a number that i would be available on since i would be at work , I called them later the suppose it was suppose to be delivered they said the courier guy contacted me and couldn’t get hold of me , only to find out the agent i spoke to wrote the last digit wrong and now i must suffer because of an agent the failed to do one thing which was adding a number to the system . when i called them again they tell me my parcel has been sent to a third party nton nton which is FastWay . The agent i spoke to was very rude , he transfered me to an extension that is not available.
