I had failed deliveries over three weeks , trying to phone them - no answer , no one cares , tried to chat with their watsup and site chats ...they dont work . Sent mails , no one bothers to assist . I eventually went to their depot in kempton Park , suffice to say , that didnt help either . Do not shop at Temu or any other ecommerce partner they have partnered with . I rather go to the municipality and argue service delivery for days than use these guys again. Temu rather outsource your delivery to experts that know what they doing or drivers that ride blind camels with no systems than trust Buffalo as service provider .
