Buffolo logistics needs training on how to communicate with its clients

I am highly disappointed at the way this particular company functions. I ordered from Shein ages ago and i have tracked and seen that my parcel is in South Africa. I was also made to pay a tax fee by Buffolo yet this company takes forever to send the parcel. The nerve reckoning part is that they are out of touch. One sends multiple emails and WhatsApp messages with no response. Whenever i try calling, it just never goes through. Can they learn to communicate with their clients???
