Buffelo international logistics

I ordered a package from Temu (R799) and paid customs and duty .... the parcel showed that it was delivered at on 8 October but i never recieved it. I called customer service for 2 days before i got an awnser and the employees was very impatient an not willing to help, only the last lady I talked to asked me for my ID, adress and celphone number to confirm my identity and then said they will investigate and if they can't find the parcel they will refund me the full amount but they will call me back .... I also send numerous emails about the situation and have still not recieved feedback or a refund.... I requested on temu for a reshipment and again had to pay customs an duty fees.... im verry unsatisfied with their service and empty promises.
