Buffalo/SHEIN

Hello Peter.. Around the 9th of October I ordered items off of SHEIN worth R3000. The estimated delivery has lapsed and my parcel hasn’t moved since 27th October. I received a call and email regarding custom duties fees of which I paid almost immediately. My delivery date has lapsed and I am currently moving out of the address I’ve been residing at. I’ve contacted both SHEIN and buffalo and I’m getting no clear feedback nor do I see any urgency. It’s Thursday and I’ll be moved out by Friday/Saturday but I haven’t received my parcel which is extremely frustrating because it could possibly get delivered to the wrong people or not delivered at all but I’ve paid all my fees and customs on time!!
