Buffalo's admin is totally dysfunctional
Tracking no. BUFZA***YQ - I inadvertently paid the import taxes twice on 28 March 2024 for R 77.53. I have been trying to obtain a refund since then, but I get absolutely no response. I posted this on HelloPeter on 15 May and was told someone would contact me. Well, no one has contacted me, not surprised though, as Buffalo's Admin is totally *********** and dysfunctional. Will no longer be ordering from Temu, who unfortunately use Buffalo as the courier company.

What a dysfunctional and *********** Buffalo admin department. Because of Buffalo's total lack of interest in resolving the matter, Temu has lost a loyal client, as I will no longer be ordering from them, as long as they use Buffalo as the courier company. What a shame that Buffalo is letting us down!!!

What a dysfunctional and *********** Buffalo admin department.
