Buffaloex Logistics International a disaster!

Do not answer telephones. 🤬 WA-system - no reply in 2 weeks! 🤬 When they do reply on emails; they have a general quote saying your problem is resolved without checking that it actually is resolved. 🤬 Their customs department does not release parcels without payment BUT they do not send sms’s out anymore to indicate the amount to be paid? 🤬 Buffaloex takes no responsibility to ensure parcels are delivered to clients!🤬 This place is a disaster and should not be allowed to receive any packages!! ****** ridiculous!!
