Buffalo won’t deliver my order

Buffalo sent communication to me and said I should expect delivery for my order on the 5th, the order never arrived , next communication I saw was something about me having rescheduled delivery, this is a Lie no one contacted regarding this delivery and I was home all day.

I raised this with Buffalo and they were very rude and I still have lot received my order , the order cost me over R3k and Buffalo doesn’t want to deliver
