Buffalo will lose your Shein and Temu returns.

This company is a disaster,Shein should just cancel them.I have logged a shein return with them and they took 3 weeks to come and collect my return. A month later it is still not showing as received from their side. I tried calling them and they dont answer thier phone, I also wrote several emails to them and you can see that they don't care.
