Buffalo Where is my package after a month and a half useless company

this is the worst company i have ever dealt with first they take almost a month to get my product in takes another 2 weeks for it to come to durban from the 27th December my Package has been there by them yet i havent received any mails or feedback on my delivery. not only do they tax us for ordering from overseas they cant even deliver the packages they have i'm tired of no feed back this company stole my product and i will be taking it further should i get no feedback. for who ever is ever reading this never use this company they totally useless
