Buffalo Wants Yet Another Import Tax Payment

For 7 days now I have been doing a runaround with you. No emails answered, no live agents to speak too. Yet, you can take customs money from clients and weeks later offer no update. I have spent 7 days sending proof of payments, talking to bots, sending emails to no avail. My parcel is now in the abyss and Buffalo has my tax monies.
