Buffalo Unternational Logistics Shein - The worst service ever

I placed a order with Shein, paid for my order and it was sent from China to SA, when it arrived in SA Buffalo Logistics had a incorrect address for me on there system, it took me 5 weeks to get them on the phone to change my address I was told I needed to pay a extra delivery fee which i did while the consultant was on the phone, 4 weeks later I'm still getting messages saying I have no paid the extra cost. This courier company is the worst they don't reply yo emails they don't answer phone calls on messages via there site, and Shein well there is no way of speaking to a human its all BOT operated so frustrating, now I see on Buffalo my parcel has gone back to JHB and Im in Cape Town, Ill never use anyone of these companies ever again I would give the a MINUS STAR!!!!!!!!
