Buffalo unable to find my work address, but Aramex always delivers from same company to same address.

I ordered from Shein on the 3rd,the 5th Buffalo smsed and emailed me that my address was wrong, the same address that Aramex delivered to 4 or 5 months ago, i then removed the street name and left the Company name where i work, even google maps knows it, it was accepted,on the 6th i still got the sms saying address wrong again, been trying to call them but call cuts while waiting for a consultant, also sent a whatsapp to the number provided but it is not attended to, so how am i supposed to get my parcel ***
