After a week long delay, buffalo fails to inform me that my parcel has been selected for a random check. Had i not enquired the status of my parcel i would not have been informed. I feel this is entirely disgusting. How does a logistics company this big not know how to send out notification to their clients. First you make me pay a ridiculous amount for custom fee and now i have to wait another 2 or more weeks after already waiting a week. This is the worst service i have ever received. I have used you previously both for business and personal use and have had issues but never like this , its starting to seem like every time i have to wait for a parcel i encounter more and more issues. This is unacceptable.
