Buffalo - The worst!

Worst experience ever! Parcel taken to Cpt due to an error on their end. I call everyday to get my issue escalated. The wrong information given to me by different agents. Kamo blatantly **** and said the parcel has arrived in JHB. When you want to speak to a manager you are told they not allowed to take calls.

So super frustrating.
