Buffalo terrible customer service

On 20 April I requested Buffalo to collect a parcel and send it back to Shein for a return and refund. On 25 April the courier collected my parcel. It has been 3 weeks and my parcel has not moved. There is no updates on my parcel at all. I phoned Buffalo to follow-up on the possible hold-up and the lady I spoke to was so uninformed and did not give me proper feedback, she was rude and just plain stupid, had not telephone etiquette at all. Why would any company appoint someone who clearly does not know what she is doing?

I have send the numerous emails with no response.
