Buffalo taking forever to deliver my order

I have placed my order on the first of December and I have not received it even now. When I call buffalo they’re not helping me. Their workers are telling me different stories about my parcel. And i am no longer able to return it because 30 days has passed. I can’t even change my address. When I call Buffalo they say my parcel is with skynet and when call skynet they say they have returned my parcel to Buffalo . I no longer what to do now , honestly Buffalo doesn’t have working together.
