Buffalo suddenly dissappoints!

So apparently Buffalo tried to deliver a parcel yesterday and said they called me. I got not call because Parys was out of power for extended period. Now I have been struggling with Buffalo, their local delivery agents to get my parcel delivered. I am being pushed from pillar to post. I appears another guy was helping out another. My parcel never arrived. I am frustrated...Buffalo was so efficient for all my previous parcels...why now the failures...
