Buffalo sucks

This company recently disappoints. My wife ordered items and they did not notify us per message that they are dispatching it to us, instead they notified her that it is dispatched the same time the driver arrives at our residence. The driver phones my wife while she is working and when she did not answer and phones him back in 5min he is rude with her and says he is not waiting and drops the call. We try to phone him back and he refuses to answer. The customer service is non-existant and they referred the package to another courier service.
