Buffalo stole my returned parcel

The Buffalo driver collected my parcel on the 25th November 2024 for it to be returned to Shein. On the 27th November 2024 the website states that the returned parcel is in transit. Next it states the delivery was cancelled as there was nothing to collect from the customer. I sent email after email only to be told to cancel the return and to log a new collection. How can I log a new collection when there is now nothing to collect. The driver collected it on the 25th November. Buffalo is not a trustworthy logistics company. I hope who ever stole the parcel has a lovely Christmas as they hand out my items as their Christmas presents.
