Buffalo staff are *********** my parcel was never received

Pathetic service. *********** staff. After waiting for weeks for my parcel I receive an email saying the parcel was delivered and signed for. I never received or signed for any package. Then I'm told to check with the neighbors. The neighbors says a package was delivered at the shop and collected by the courier again. My complaint was escalated twice but no response from buffalo. Might I add I was home waiting every day for this package ad nobody even called. Not to mention buffalo has delivered to my address before. The owner of the shop says a courier came and insisted the employee signs regardless of the employee saying he doesn't know of a package that's to be delivered and it's not the address the they're looking for. Then the package was collected by the courier again. I spent lots of money on the package and buffalo does nothing about their employees *********** behaviour.
