Buffalo should not be operating!

I have been trying to get hold of this company #BuffaloInternationalLogistics , regarding a package I am supposed to pay import taxes on. I have tried everything in my power to contact them to arrange payment, I have lodged complaints, I tried their WhatsApp line for weeks, and after what seemed forever, I received an email with a phone number. Call the number and quess what.. NO ANSWER.... Lodged another complaint and is yet again met by deathly silence. My package is also not cheap and what I can tell from the track number, it has been in the country more than 5 weeks already. My husband will be livid if they send it back, because we have tried everything to make contact to arrange payment and yet, NOTHING. This is pathetic. It was supposed to be my Christmas gift. What do we do now?
