Buffalo should be Buffalow, low, low service levels

One star is more than they deserve. Their service is shocking. They advise you to communicate by whatsapp but they don’t respond, I am currently sitting on 14 unanswered messages. If I hadn’t started the process with them and had goods sent to their China warehouse I would have never continued with them.

I have found an alternative shipper through Alibaba.com who’s communication is amazing, prices are cheaper and they consolidate my orders for me, Buffalo still haven’t responded to that enquiry about consolidating but then again I did only send that message a month ago
