Buffalo service is disgusting

If i could give no starts i would! My package was supposed to be delivered in 48hours i market as urgent and now im being told before the end of the week when i needed it today already? The level of service is beyond ridiculous. I understand we in south africa but that is a ****ing stupid excuse by now.
