Buffalo **** service

This is the worst company ever. Not only do they make false promises they also blatantly lie. After being on the phone with them all day with regards to the whereabouts of my parcel and being told that I would receive it before 17h00 and that the driver is on his way to me. I still have not received my package. Online the status is delivered which is a lie as I have no received it. And now I cannot reach them or the driver and online it states that they have around the clock service. I hate people who lie, and who make false promises. I hate false reassurance. I hate the fact that I have to pay for this service and still not receive anything. Whatever you do make sure you never have to use buffalo couriers ever in your life.
