I bought 3 parcels from Temu and finally got an email from buffalo for one of the parcels that weight 3kgs . They charging me R980 to deliver my goods and I paid R1300 for them . I have no idea how they come up with these ridiculous amount . The worst part is it’s soo hard trying to get in touch with them to sort out this kind of issues. The mail box is always full , they don’t reply on their WhatsApps and emails. I tried contacting Temu : all they said was this is not their problem that there’s nothing they can do about it ! What a joke I think these international companies should make sure that they provide their African customers better services just as they do to others around the world. Cause honestly if this doesn’t improve we need to boycott them until they take us serious
