Buffalo review

If there was a zero stars I would choose it because I was supposed to get my parcel last week Wednesday, they said their driver tried calling me but he didn't he just asked for my location then it got returned to the warehouse . I've been waiting since last week they keep on telling me to wait for 24hr then change to 48hrs now they are saying I should wait for 72 hrs this is absurd, They don't know anything about professionalism. I WANT MY PARCEL.
