Buffalo returns not picked up

Am appalled by the kind of treatment I've received from Buffalo international logistics,I've ordered shein returns since 1Nov 2023,even today they haven't been picked up,I return I logged on the 24 July 2024 still hasn't been picked,every second day I would receive a message saying they will come but they don't,I don't know why shein still uses this company they are highly *********** and highly negligent,the don't care about their brand and image,really appalling
