Buffalo provides customers with ******* service.

This is a pathetic company. My God, the service received from them is garbage. Firstly their driver attempts to collect the return from a commercial property which is also private by the way at 10 O'CLOCK at NIGHT!! First failed collection. They then decide to collect on the 15th of December 2025 which, surprise surprise, failed as well. Why, because their lazy driver says the premises is closed. I was at work that day but moving on. No phone calls from them, they just proceed to cancel the collection to which they couldn't even notify me about. I checked their website and that's how I found out. I emailed them and wow even worse service. They decide I'm unimportant and leave me on read. I escalate the matter to the NCCSA and still no response until today. They have the audacity to make me do all the work, cancel the return and relog the return so Shein can request them to come and collect it from me. Utter ******* and pathetic service. I'm not one to complain but ****** hell, Shein needs to rethink their partners because this type of service makes me want to never order from Shein again.
