Buffalo poor service !

Once again my Shein package is being delivered by Buffalo Couriers and has been out for delivery twice but still haven’t received it ! I have to plan my things and sit and wait for the package but then I don’t even get it ! TERRIBLE !!! This is the second time it’s happened
