Buffalo poor service

Once your package reaches Buffalo it takes longer to be delivered in Cape Town than it takes to reach South Africa from overseas. Their tracking isn't accurate and no notification of when your package will be delivered. My package was out for delivery yesterday and at the end of the day the status was returning parcel. You can't reach them on any of their contact information.
