Buffalo please deliver my order

Worst experience ever, they are not updating me about where my parcel is, they are not answering their calls and emails they actually deserve a 0 rating for what they doing to us😭I ordered from SHEIN because there was an important event I had to go too but now since buffalo doesn’t want to deliver my stuff I ended up cancelling I hope you are happy buffalo.
