Buffalo pathetic delivery service

Buffalo is the worst delivery service that I experienced this year. They received my package 30 January at their Cape Town Warehouse. It was only delivered to me on 7 January in Cape Town. I have had better experiences with Skynet. Skynet at least phones their customers when they out for delivery. Buffalo just assumes (customer possibly in the bathroom or taking a nap) no one home and takes package back to their warehouse. Honestly the worst delivery service here in Cape Town that I experienced.
