Buffalo order not delivered

My order BUFZA***YQ has not yet been delivered until today and I cannot even speak to anyone from the company to even arrange collections. Please help I am desperate I have made this order through Shein. On the Shein app the Buffalo couriers have written faults comments that I was not home or my number is not working or there is a problem with my address, yet nobody has ever reached out to me to confirm if I am home or that my address is in correct by email or call. This courier company is even worse then Aramex
