Buffalo not what it used to be

I have never had this problem with Buffalo before I usually praise them for their excellent service, yet this time I am very disappointed in them, they sent my parcel from JHB DC to PTA DC, while the district I fall under is JHB and now it is delaying my delivery as it first needs to be transferred back to JHB DC before it can be delivered. I asked the call center where I can file a complaint they said to use *** and guess what they mail bounces back as the mail box if full. I will personally never use Buffalo for sending items and have asked my supplier to not use them again as this is the type of service which is unacceptable. If this was the company my husband used to work for, the person responsible for the error would have gone to PTA DC collected the parcel and delivered it to me him/herself and on their own expense. All Buffalo's call center can say is we will correct our error within 72 hours, needless to say I need my parcel before 72 hours expires, they seem to have no regret in making this type of idiotic mistake and seem in no haste to correct it either.
