Buffalo not functioning anymore

Systems appear to have crashed. Phone doesn’t work (messages full???) and emails no longer answered. Monies paid for customs and not reflecting on account (despite 5 emails with proof of payment and the odd acknowledgment) and so no delivery. TEMU help!!! Like ordering from you but your delivery isn’t working!!
