Buffalo not delivering my order!!!

My order has been stuck on "customs finished" for about 8 days now, and I keep phoning and asking what the problem is but they keep saying they will escalate the problem but still no news on my package, my collogues also ordered from Shein AFTER me and their packages was at customs for 2 days and then delivered to them the following day, while mine stays stuck there with no update and no one can tell me what is going on!!!! I sent numerous emails, phoned everyday, contacted Shein and logged a ticket with Shein support but still no feedback. I just want my package but no one can tell me why my package is taking this long!!!!
