Buffalo no delivery

I have received packages from Buffalo before when SHEIN started in RSA and everything was smooth. The services that I receive now is just terrible and call centre agents needs to be trained. I confirmed my address with them for delivery today but did change it to my work Address a couple of days ago they still confirmed that the driver will deliver to my home address not work address, and today on the app it showed that they tried to deliver my parcel to my work address after talking to 2 agents during the course of today and app also showed they tried to deliver by my office was closed. This is complete lies, my office only closes at 5pm and not between 3 or 4pm when they tried to deliver, the agents can also not tell me what time I can expect my delivery and driver does not communicate with me to check a hour before to confirm if I’m available to receive my parcel like before. I very disappointed in the services. They also don’t allow collections at their branches. The premises is around the corner from my work. They are just wasting petrol and time with no communication, they must still learn a lot from other courier companies, I’m extremely disappointed.
