Buffalo, more like Bull****

No way that a currier company cannot respond to queries. No assistance from their logistics department. No response from the WhatsApp line. Emails get sent back due to a mail box being full and their call centre makes you wait in a que and when you get to the operator you are told that the operator is busy and you cannot leave a message coz the mail box is full, what kind of bull**** is this ?

This is not a service its nonsense.
